Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

  1. RETURNS: Items can be returned at the buyers expense within 7 days. If needed to make a return, buyer must ship item back to: Pickles and Rain Design Co., 218 Sarahs Lane, Harleysville, PA 19438. Packages must be postmarked and shipped within 7 days or package will be rejected and returned to sender.  Once item is received in BRAND NEW CONDITION, a refund will be processed, minus the original shipping cost.
  2. EXCHANGES: Exchanges are welcome within 7 business days of receiving your items at the buyers expense. Please include a note of the color and/or size change. Simply mail your items back to: Pickles and Rain Design Co., 218 Sarahs Lane, Harleysville PA 19438. Packages must be postmarked and shipping within 7 days or packages will be rejected and returned to sender. 
  3. REFUNDS: Refunds are only given in the event that a package is deemed lost by the mail carrier. Pickles and Rain Design Co is not responsible for items delayed in transit.
  4. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are not accepted unless a duplicate order is accidentally placed.
  5. MULTIPLE ORDERS: If separate orders are placed any you would like your orders to be combined, we will gladly do so. Please email us within 2 hours of placing separate orders to: info@picklesandrain.com. We will combine orders if notified prior to shipping and refund you the difference in shipping cost as shipping one package is less expensive than two separate packages.
  6. DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at and submit your name, order number, and a picture of the damage to: info@picklesandrain.com. We will gladly send out a replacement.
